This place is a gem! Loved the clean, spacious rooms and the Apple TV for relaxing after a day. The private courtyard is perfect for unwinding. Plus, parking was hassle-free. It was nice that they handled our dog like a VIP while we enjoyed a wedding. Really went above and beyond!

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was clean and had decent space. The climate control worked well and there were blackout curtains, which helped with sleep. The bathroom was nice too. But man, the noise from the other rooms was something else. I woke up multiple times due to loud footsteps and conversations. It really disrupted my sleep. So, while the room looked good and had some nice features, the noise factor was a big downside.

I absolutely loved the elegant decor and high ceilings of Hotel Anthracite. The spacious areas were well-suited for seniors with easy access to amenities. The staff was friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable.

More accessible seating in common areas would help.

My kids wished there were more activities for them to do while we were relaxing. A kids' play area or some fun outdoor games would have made it even better.

The people working at this hotel are fantastic! I mean, they really care about you, especially Yvonne at the front desk. Then there was this bartender, John (who really knew his stuff), and the food was surprisingly good. Honestly, I was shocked by the hot cooked breakfast, didn’t expect that at all, it felt more like home than a hotel.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, that’s for sure.

the hotel had an excellent location with tasty restaurants like the Plate d'Azure just steps away and nearby Merli Sarnoski Park offering beautiful views, making it perfect for a weekend city stroll.
